1. Who we are

The Izzo Pro Crew Calendar is operated by Izzo Pro, a wedding and event photography and videography company in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is a private scheduling tool for the independent contractors (associates) who work on Izzo Pro shoots. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the service does

Associates use the calendar to see available jobs, book a job, sign the job agreement, report actual hours worked, and receive operational messages about their work. It is not a public marketplace and it is not open to the general public; an account requires an invitation or a join code from Izzo Pro and approval by an Izzo Pro administrator.

3. The crew message program (SMS/text messages)

Izzo Pro may send operational text messages about crew invitations, available jobs, bookings, schedule changes, required paperwork, and pay confirmations — only to associates who have separately opted in to text messages.

• Consent is optional. Texting is never required to create an account, use the calendar, book a job, or get paid. Every message is also available by email and inside the calendar itself.
• Message frequency varies with how many jobs are posted and how many you are booked on.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can also turn texts on or off from your profile in the calendar at any time.
• Entering a phone number does not, by itself, opt you in. Only the separate, unchecked-by-default consent box on the join form or in your own profile does.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for the accuracy of the name, phone number and email on your account. Izzo Pro may deactivate an account that is no longer part of the crew; signed agreements are retained as business records.

5. Job agreements

Booking a job requires reading and electronically signing the job agreement shown at booking. Your typed name, the date and time, and the device used are recorded with the signature. Electronic signatures on this service are intended to be as binding as handwritten ones.

6. Acceptable use

Do not share your login, scrape the service, or use it for anything other than Izzo Pro crew work.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
