1. Who we are

This service is operated by Izzo Pro, Las Vegas, Nevada. Questions: [email protected].

2. What we collect

• Your name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number.
• Your crew type (video, photo, drone) and, for drone pilots, the documents you choose to upload (Part 107 certificate, proof of insurance).
• Job bookings, signed job agreements (with the date, time and device of signature), and the hours you report.
• Your SMS consent choice, with the date and time, the wording version you saw, the page you made it on, and the phone number it applied to.
• Delivery records of messages we send you, and replies you send to our number (including STOP/HELP).

3. How we use it

Only to run the crew: post and fill jobs, keep agreements on file, schedule and remind booked crew, request and confirm pay, and verify drone paperwork where required.

4. Text messages (SMS)

• We send operational texts only to people who have opted in through the separate consent box on the join form or in their own profile. Consent is optional and is not required to use the service.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. You can also change your choice in your profile.
• Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to send you the messages described here.

5. Who can see your information

Izzo Pro administrators only. Other associates never see your name, email or phone number — a job shows them only how many spots are open or taken. Uploaded drone documents can be opened only by you and by an administrator.

6. Retention

Signed agreements and signature records are kept as business records and are never deleted. If your account is deactivated, your personal details stay attached to those records but you receive no further messages.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed. The service runs over HTTPS. Access to files and records is limited to the person they belong to and administrators.

8. Your choices

Edit your name, phone, crew type and SMS consent in your profile at any time. To ask about or remove your information, email [email protected].

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above changes when we do.
