SMS consent — how Izzo Pro crew opt in

Izzo Pro Crew Calendar · izzoprocrew.com · This page is public evidence of the exact opt-in flow.

Who sends the messages

Izzo Pro (wedding & event photo/video, Las Vegas, NV) sends operational text messages to its own crew of independent contractors — never to the public, never for marketing.

Where consent is collected

On the private account sign-up page (/join, reachable only with an invitation code from Izzo Pro) and in each person's own profile inside the app. The box is unchecked by default, it is separate from creating the account, from the email address, from the job agreements, and from the Terms/Privacy acceptance, and the account is created whether or not it is ticked. Typing a phone number does not tick it. No administrator can tick it for someone else. Existing crew were not opted in when this box was added — each person chooses in their own profile.

What is stored when someone opts in

Sample messages

  1. “Izzo Pro: A new job is up on the crew calendar — Smith & Jones wedding, Sat Oct 3, 4:00–9:00 PM, Sunset Gardens. Needs: second shooter. First to book gets it: izzoprocrew.com/app. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
  2. “Izzo Pro: You’re booked — Smith & Jones wedding, Sat Oct 3. Call time 3:30 PM at Sunset Gardens. Your signed agreement: izzoprocrew.com/agreement/… Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

STOP and HELP

Replying STOP stops all texts immediately (one confirmation, then nothing further) — the calendar records the opt-out and never texts that number again, on top of the carrier-level block. Replying HELP returns contact information: [email protected]. Anyone can also switch texts off in their profile.
